Chef’s Table: A Culinary Journey of Discovery
In addition to our Private Dining, we organize something truly special every month: the Chef’s Table. During these evenings, the chef lets his creativity run wild, taking you on a unique gastronomical journey.
What to expect?
No two editions of the Chef’s Table are ever the same. Each month, we present an exclusive menu centered around a specific theme:
The Seasons: We draw inspiration from what the French countryside offers at that moment. Think of the first asparagus in spring, game dishes in autumn, or the richness of the summer harvest.
A Journey Around the World: Occasionally, we cross the French borders to dive into the flavors of other continents. From the refined techniques of Asia to the spicy surprises of South America; we bring the world to Montmoreau.
Intimate and personal
The Chef’s Table is an intimate experience. You will join a party of like-minded gourmets, while the chef personally explains the dishes, the ingredients, and the carefully selected wine pairings.
Availability: Once a month.
Company: From 8 up to a maximum of 24 people.
Reservations: Due to the exclusivity and limited number of seats, early booking is highly recommended.
